Classic Elopement

We've designed our Classic Elopement package for couples who want an intimate, romance-filled ceremony without the distraction of hosting guests. Celebrate in style and enjoy a magical elopement wedding in our historic manor.

Deluxe Elopement

This Deluxe upgrade to our Elopement package includes some thoughtful extras including Champagne and canapés after the ceremony, a Purple Carrot dining experience with chef's tasting menu, and Champagne and strawberries for your wedding night.

Exclusive Use Weddings

Make Lewtrenchard Manor yours for the day, or the weekend! With exclusive venue hire you’ll have:

Private use of our entire hotel, its function rooms and grounds from 13:00 till 11:00 the following day.
Private use of one of our licensed spaces for your ceremony for a minimum of 32 guests.
Set up with chairs, tables, carpet aisle runner and stereo system.
Private dining room for your wedding breakfast (dining packages at extra cost, download our brochure for more information).
All table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
One of our designated private spaces for your evening party (bar closes/music off midnight).
Honeymoon Suite for your wedding night.
All 16 rooms for your guests*.

*Taking all 16 rooms is required as part of exclusive use hire but room prices are charged separately to venue hire pricing.

Non-Exclusive Use Weddings

With non-exclusive venue hire, you and your guests experience all that Lewtrenchard has to offer, but with some time restrictions. You’ll have:

Private use of one of our licensed spaced for your ceremony for a minimum of 20 guests.
Set up with chairs, tables, carpet aisle runner and stereo system.
Private dining room for your wedding breakfast (dining packages at extra cost).
All table linen, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
One of our designated private spaces for your evening party (bar closes/music off at 23:00)
Honeymoon Suite for your wedding night.
Six rooms for your guests.*
