The day you arrive

Arrive from 15:00 and enjoy complimentary sparkling wine in your comfortable and elegant room.
Once you're rested from your journey, head to the Manor's spectacular wood-panelled dining room for your first evening meal – a five-course á la carte dinner.

Day one

Start the day with a hearty West Country Breakfast.
Enjoy a tour of our walled garden and grounds, followed by a traditional cream tea.
Relax. Have a read of our history or take a self-guided portrait tour, soak up the sun in the garden or enjoy a drink in our cosy lounge.
This evening's dinner celebrates the walled garden and the work that goes on behind the scenes to deliver our fine-dining dishes. Begin the night with a sparkling wine at the pass and meet the chefs. Then head to our private dining chef's table, The Purple Carrot, for a five-course meal inspired by our garden produce. Each course is served with a wine chosen by our experienced sommelier.

Day two

Wake up on your second morning to another marvellous breakfast.
Spend the day exploring Dartmoor; it's a short drive to Brentor and the church at the top is one of Dartmoor's iconic sites. Or, if you'd rather stay closer to home, there are walking trails around the Manor to suit all abilities.
Tonight's seven-course tasting menu, enjoyed in the dining room, is an accumulation of your stay with us.

The day you depart

Enjoy one final West Country Breakfast before you start your journey home.
Complimentary late check-out at 12:00 is our final treat – there's no rush for you to leave.

25% deposit required at time of booking.
Free cancellation/modification 48 hours prior to check-in time (15:00).
A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
Balance to be paid at the property.
Full payment required at time of check-in.
Credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check in to guarantee your reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
All packages are offered subject to availability.
Package is available all year, although some date exclusions may apply.
Package price is based on dinner, bed and breakfast for the number of people and number of rooms stated in the booking.
The package includes a bottle of English sparkling in the room on arrival, breakfast each morning, an à la carte dinner on the first evening with an allowance of £85.00 per person, a five-course Chef’s Table menu with a wine flight on the second evening with an allowance of £150.00 per person, a Walled Garden and Grounds Experience, a Devon cream tea, and an eight-course tasting menu on the third evening with an allowance of £105.00 per person.
Dining experiences are based on the menus available on the date of the stay.
Any additional food, drink or other charges exceeding the stated allowances will be added to the guest’s room account.
Dining allowances have no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded or carried over to another booking.
Surcharges may apply to certain dishes on the menu.
Breakfast is based on a choice of dishes from our standard breakfast menu per person, per night.
Dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that an appropriate dog-friendly room can be allocated.
Dogs will be charged separately at the standard daily dog stay fee applicable on the dates of the stay.
Most dog-friendly rooms accommodate a maximum of two dogs.
