New Year's eve at the manor

• Arrive from 15:00 to a warm welcome. 
• After you’ve settled into your luxury room, take a stroll around our beautiful grounds.
• In the evening, don your finest attire for our gala celebration – a seven-course black-tie dinner showcasing the best produce in the South West, followed by a lively jazz band and entertainment.
• At midnight, raise a glass of fizz to welcome in 2026! 

• Wake to the first day of 2026 with a Full Devonshire Breakfast.
• Fond farewells, with checkout at 11:00.

Supplementary charges

• £228 – per additional adult.
• £125 – per additional child aged 12 and under.
• £20 per dog, per night (a maximum of one dog in selected rooms only).

Single occupancy prices on request.

• Non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking.
• You can cancel/modify your reservation up to 72 hours prior to check in time (15:00), but note that the 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
• Balance to be paid at the property.
• Full payment required at time of check-in.
• Credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check in to guarantee your reservation.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• All packages are offered subject to availability.
• Package includes one-night B&B stay with a Full English Breakfast on 1 January and a seven-course black tie dinner and a glass of Prosecco at midnight  on 31 December.
• Any additional costs incurred will be charged separately and added to your room account, which must be settled prior to departure.
• Dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that an appropriate dog-friendly room can be allocated.
• Dogs will be charged separately at the standard daily dog stay fee applicable on the dates of the stay.
• Most dog-friendly rooms accommodate a maximum of one dog.
• We recommend that you take out appropriate levels of travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of you needing to cancel your booking.
• Price is based on two people sharing a double/twin room.
