• Arrive from 15:00 to a warm welcome plus a celebratory drink. 
• After you’ve settled into your luxury room, take your seats in our Origin Restaurant for a delicious three-course dinner.

• Enjoy a Full Devonshire Breakfast on the last morning of 2025.
• You have the rest of the day to enjoy as you please, relaxing or exploring our extensive grounds.
• In the evening, don your finest attire for a Champagne and canapé reception, followed by a sumptuous five-course black-tie dinner, perfectly paired with selected wines.
• At midnight, raise a glass of Champagne to welcome in the New Year. 

• Wake to the first day of 2026 with a Full Devonshire Breakfast.
• Enjoy some well-deserved R&R before you join us for a West-Country inspired grazing board. 
• In the evening, join us in the Restaurant once more for a superb three-course dinner.

• Enjoy a Full English breakfast.
• Fond farewells, with checkout at 11:00.

Supplementary charges

• £450.00 – per additional adult.
• £245.00 – per additional child aged 12 and under.
• £20.00 per dog, per night (a maximum of one dog in selected rooms only).

• Non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking.
• You can cancel/modify your reservation up to 72 hours prior to check in time (15:00), but note that the 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable.
• A penalty of the entire stay including tax will be charged for late cancellation/modification, no-show and early departure.
• Balance to be paid at the property.
• Full payment required at time of check-in.
• Credit card number with valid expiry date and security code is required as security on check in to guarantee your reservation.
• The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
• All packages are offered subject to availability.
• Package includes three-night B&B stay with a Full English Breakfast each morning; on 30th December, a welcome drink on arrival and a three-course dinner; on NYE, festive cream tea in the afternoon. In the evening, champagne & canapés followed with a 5-course black tie dinner and wine pairing for your table and a glass of champagne; on New Year's Day, afternoon lite bites grazing board and a three-course dinner in the evening. 
• Any additional costs incurred will be charged separately and added to your room account, which must be settled prior to departure.
• Dogs must be booked in advance to ensure that an appropriate dog-friendly room can be allocated.
• Dogs will be charged separately at the standard daily dog stay fee applicable on the dates of the stay.
• Most dog-friendly rooms accommodate a maximum of one dog.
• We recommend that you take out appropriate levels of travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of you needing to cancel your booking.
